MANRIDE 2025 BRISBANE

SHOW UP AND DO IT TOGETHER.

The Mind Health Project is our ongoing commitment to mental health, a year-round effort built through community events, open conversations, and our Do Good Program. It has grown into something bigger than we ever imagined, but it all started with one simple idea: the ManRide.

Nine years ago, ten riders set out from Brisbane to Longreach to break the stigma around men’s mental health. Today, that spirit continues. Every year, the ManRide evolves, but the goal remains the same: to ride together and keep important conversations alive.

This year, teams rolled out on a classic Brisbane spring morning with one simple brief: reach the checkpoints, choose your own path, and do it together. Some went short and sharp, others long and hard, trading smooth tarmac for gravel detours. The only rule was simple: show up, ride with your mates, and be part of a bigger conversation around mental health.

Because ManRide has always been about more than the ride itself. It’s about connection, vulnerability, and community, the moments that bring people closer, the shared laughs, and the quiet struggles that remind us why we ride.

The day wrapped up at Green Beacon, with cold drinks, tired legs, and the kind of content exhaustion that only comes from doing something that truly matters. Together, let’s continue to hold this space, talk openly, ride proudly, and remind each other that no one rides alone.

This marks our second year supporting Movember as part of our Mind Health Project, and we couldn’t be prouder to team up with them to change the face of mental health, not just within Australia but globally. A huge thank you to Green Beacon and Pure Nutrition for helping make it happen.

We all face struggles, that’s why we do what we do, on and off the bike. Be kind, check in with yourself, and check in on your mates. Read more about our Mind Health Project here.
