This page sets out the Terms and Conditions of Black Sheep Cycling Promotions provided by Black Sheep Performance Apparel Pty Ltd. These Terms and Conditions are intended to protect you and Black Sheep Performance Apparel Pty Ltd; and are applicable to you as the customer. If you do not understand the below Terms & Conditions, or if you have any questions, please contact customer service at info@blacksheepcycling.cc 8am-4pm AEST Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
All promotional offers offered via SMS, email, post or by a Black Sheep Cycling team member, as authorised by Black Sheep Performance Apparel Pty Ltd, are subject to the below conditions. Any and/or all codes required for redemption when shopping online at au.blacksheepcycling.cc or us.blacksheepcycling.cc must be entered at the cart stage online prior to proceeding to payment. If you fail to enter your promotion code prior to checkout the difference cannot be refunded or credited after the transaction has been finalised. Promotional discount offerings are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Only one promotion can be applied per purchase. Transactions purchased with Gift With Purchase promotions can only be refunded if the gift with the purchase is also returned.
Terms & Conditions – Alter The Course Challenge Promotion
Promoter
The promoter is Black Sheep Performance Apparel Pty Ltd (“Black Sheep”).
Eligibility
This promotion is open only to customers who have signed up for, completed, and submitted proof of participation in the Alter the Course Challenge (22 September – 13 October 2025). One reward code per eligible customer.
Offer
Eligible customers will receive the code via their activity submission form and challenge completed confirmation email, both of which provide a code to receive $75 AUD off orders of $200 AUD or more at blacksheep.cc. The code is valid until 27 October 2025. The offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers aside from Shipping Discounts, and is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash. The code can only be used once per customer.
How to Claim
To claim the reward, customers must submit proof of their Alter the Course Challenge activity by visiting this page and completing the submission form. Once validated, eligible customers will be issued the discount code via the typeform and also a confirmation email.
Redemption Process
To redeem, enter the codes supplied via the typeform or confirmation email at checkout on blacksheep.cc before 27 October 2025. The discount will be applied to eligible orders once the minimum spend and criteria is met.
Black Sheep reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time.
General
Black Sheep reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse redemption if conditions are not met. The promotion is subject to stock availability and may be amended or withdrawn at any time. By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions. Black Sheep reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition where necessary. These
Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
Terms & Conditions – Gran Fondo Blowout Kit Giveaway
Promoter
The promoter is Black Sheep Performance Apparel Pty Ltd (“Black Sheep”).
Eligibility
This promotion is open only to participants who attend the Gran Fondo Blowout Ride hosted by Black Sheep on Saturday, 18 October 2025, and who complete the official entry form (here) prior to or at the event. Entrants must be present at the post-ride coffee stop when the winner is drawn to be eligible to claim the prize. Only one entry per person is permitted.
Offer
One eligible participant will win a free full Black Sheep kit (jersey and bib shorts). The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries using an online random selection tool on the day of the event. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash or store credit.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the official form prior to or during the Blowout Ride. Entries received outside this period or incomplete entries will not be considered valid.
Prize Redemption
To claim the prize, the winner must be present at the post-ride coffee stop when the draw takes place. If the selected winner is not present, a new winner will be drawn.
The confirmed winner must email sheridan@blacksheepcycling.cc within one (1) month of receiving the prize notification, confirming their preferred kit style and sizes. Orders must be placed directly with Black Sheep within this timeframe. If the winner fails to contact Black Sheep within one month, the prize will be forfeited.
General
Black Sheep reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to refuse redemption if conditions are not met. The promotion is subject to stock availability and may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn at any time. By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions. Black Sheep accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, or incomplete entries.
