Mesh Tee

The Goal

Making a mesh top you’d wear pretty much everywhere is much harder than it looks. It’s ultimately all about getting the basics right: the fabric, the silhouette, and the little details only a true gravel cyclist would notice. We reckon we nailed it with this one.

The Brief
  • Light weight performance tee
  • Mixed terrain and mixed use
  • Women’s: a light weight workout tee in a cropped fit, with airflow maxing
  • A side zip pocket and reflective detailing, like every Enduro top

Apparel Design

Creating the Mesh Tee

The hardest thing to film is how little it weighs. Here is Jordan trying anyway.

Sampling

Getting the fabric right

Most of this tee was decided on a table covered in mesh. The first sample went the wrong way before the right fabric turned up.

Sampling · Oct 2025

Three meshes on the table

Open diamond, a jacquard knit and FlowMesh. We wanted the lightest fabric that still moved with you.

01The first Enduro Mesh Tee sample in white open diamond mesh, laid flat

Decision

Sample one missed the mark

Problem
The first sample, in an open diamond mesh, had far too much stretch. It clung like a base layer and pulled tight across the body.
Decision
Back to the table. We needed a mesh that sits off the body, with only enough stretch to move.
02Pre-production Enduro Mesh Tee in FlowMesh with the Static Pine print

Decision

75 grams, with stretch

Problem
Our FlyMesh is light, but it doesn’t stretch. Sample one stretched too much.
Decision
FlowMesh at 75gsm: 93% polyester, 7% spandex, with two-way stretch. The first pre-production sample came back printed in Static Pine.

Feedback · Jun 2026

“It’s like wearing nothing”

Jordan forgot he had it on. Sheridan even wore it to the gym. FlowMesh was locked in.
